City Initiatives
Like any other municipal government, the City Government of Los Santos directs and supports a number of initiatives aimed at protecting, assisting, and empowering its residents; both in the present and in the future. These efforts include providing shelter for the homeless, protecting the children of Los Santos, supporting education and healthcare, creating accessible job opportunities, and financing programs that promote sustainability and a non-polluted environment.
Haven Homes
A residential children’s home operated by the Department of Health and Welfare, providing care, stability, and support through City social services.
Sacred Hearts
A City-supported homeless shelter providing rooms, hot meals, and a safe place to stay for residents experiencing homelessness.
Natural and Recreational Resources Commission
The advisory & research board of volunteers, agencies and corporations within & without Los Santos cooperating to better the environment, ecology & biosphere of the State of San Andreas.

A welcoming coffee shop inside City Hall, offering residents a safe place to relax, enjoy a drink, and spend time in a community-focused space.
