Are you a young adult between the ages of 18 and 21? The Department of Health and Welfare is here to help you find a safe, stable environment and work towards self-sustainability through the Young Adult Support Program.

What We Offer:

  • Basic Necessities: Access to food, clothing, and hygiene products.
  • Work placement: Help finding suitable work placements and advocacy.
  • Education Support: Assistance with school enrollment and educational resources.
  • Health Services: Medical and mental health care to keep you healthy.
  • Events & Activities: Fun and engaging activities to help you connect and grow.
  • Emotional Support: Compassionate staff who care about your well-being.
  • Weekly Allowance: Good behavior and engagement may earn you an allowance to treat yourself. ((*))

(( This voluntary roleplay programme supports homeless or at-risk young adult characters. Both legal and illegal characters can participate. Legal characters can receive an official faction invite; illegal characters will not. Legal characters may also participate without an invite.

Follow all server and faction rules. We welcome meaningful character development and interactions. If you have questions, please ask DHW staff in the LSGOV Discord.

DHW social workers are not psychologists, therapists or doctors. Staff may know about conditions ICly, but only PHMC can accommodate medical RP. ))

(( Below are the OOC options available for young adult characters wishing to join the YASS RP. ))

Young Adult Support Services (Legal RP Path)
  • Added as LSGOV faction members in DHW (Legal Faction path).
  • Access to the Young Adult Support Discord channel.
  • Must follow all legal faction rules.
  • No criminal record or ongoing criminal activity allowed.
  • Access to Young Adult Support Program housing.
  • Eligible for 25k faction allowance when active in faction events & activities.
  • Access to healthcare, psychological care, activities, food, a bicycle, and DHW staff support.
Young Adult Support Services (Illegal RP Path)
  • Participants are not added to the LSGOV Legal Faction.
  • May have criminal records and illegal RP.
  • Access to the Young Adult Support Discord channel.
  • Access to Young Adult Support Services housing.
  • Access to healthcare, psychological care, activities, food, a bicycle, and DHW staff support.
  • Not eligible for the 25k faction allowance, as this pathway allows other ways to generate income.
