Criteria

• Public Works is authorized to provide information solely to the individual to whom the citation was issued. Disclosure to third parties is not permitted.
• Public Works can only provide information related to parking tickets issued by Los Santos City Government. For tickets issued by other agencies, you will be referred to the appropriate issuing agency.
• Public Works reserves the right to withhold information if there are concerns regarding your identity.
• Public Works may request that you attend our office in person with valid Los Santos identification prior to releasing the information.
• You must provide as much information from the ticket as possible to enable us to locate the correct record.

Minimum Requirements

• You must confirm that the citation was issued to you.
• You must confirm that your request complies with the criteria outlined above.

Method of Review

1. Submit your Request – This is the initial stage where you submit your request for information.
2. Review of Request – Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed by a parking inspector supervisor or a member of our office team. If your request includes the relevant details, they will then provide the necessary data. If additional information is required, your request may be sent back to you for further details.
3. Report – If your request meets all the criteria, the citation information will be provided to you.
