Request Information About Your Citation
The Department of Public Works offers residents a platform to request information related to parking
citations issued by the department. We can help you understand the record before you decide whether to appeal.
Who can request information?
- Public Works is authorized to provide information solely to the individual to whom the citation
was issued. Disclosure to third parties is not permitted.
- Public Works can only provide information related to parking tickets issued by Los Santos City
Government. For tickets issued by other agencies, you will be referred to the appropriate
issuing agency.
- Public Works reserves the right to withhold information if there are concerns regarding your
identity.
- Public Works may request that you attend our office in person with valid Los Santos
identification prior to releasing the information.
- You must provide as much information from the ticket as possible to enable us to locate the
correct record.
What you will need
- You must confirm that the citation was issued to you.
- You must confirm that your request complies with the criteria outlined above.
How your request is handled
- Submit your Request – This is the initial stage where you submit your request
for information.
- Review of Request – Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed by a
parking inspector supervisor or a member of our office team. If your request includes the
relevant details, they will then provide the necessary data. If additional information is
required, your request may be sent back to you for further details.
- Report – If your request meets all the criteria, the citation information
will be provided to you.
