Happy 4th of July! As the holiday approaches, the Office of Public Safety in conjunction with SAN FIRE reminds everyone that fireworks can cause serious injuries and cause unintentional fires that can devastate communities and ecosystems. Please check the list of "Safe and Sane" fireworks that are approved by the Office of the State Fire Marshal. Prohibited fireworks that require special permits to utilize include: firecrackers, bottle rockets, Roman candles, mortars, aerial shells, and other explosive devices. Never point fireworks at people, attempt to relight malfunctioning devices, and make sure to dispose of used fireworks by soaking them in a bucket of water. Celebrate responsibly and help protect your family, your neighbors, and your community by putting safety first. Read more at: https://sfm-forum.gta.world/viewtopic.php?p=7889&hilit=Fireworks#p7889
