The Official Website of the City of Los Santos
General Information
The Haven Homes buildings serve as dedicated housing for the youth of our child welfare programs and act as the headquarters for the city's Child Protective Services unit, all under the Department of Health and Welfare. Haven Homes was designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for youth who have been abandoned, orphaned, facing homelessness, or navigating difficult circumstances.
The idea of Haven Homes was born from the Department of Health and Welfare's Second Chance Youth Parole and Adoption and Foster Care programs — both vital initiatives created to provide better futures for young people in need.
