About the Job Position

As a Junior IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing frontline technical support to Government employees while assisting in the maintenance, deployment and operation of the Government’s technology infrastructure. Support networking deployments, hardware repairs, office relocations, workstation installations and preventative maintenance while helping maintain an accurate inventory of Government technology assets.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Assist in monitoring Government technology services, responding to reported outages and supporting departmental technology initiatives. Work collaboratively with senior staff to ensure Government departments have reliable access to the systems and infrastructure required to carry out their daily responsibilities.
