Adoption & Foster Care Inquiry

The Department of Health & Welfare, under the Los Santos City Government, is responsible for promoting the social well-being of our community through programs focused on healthcare, housing, employment and more.

Our programs provide struggling individuals and families with support and guidance, with the aim of helping them regain independence, stability and dignity. By addressing obstacles and creating structured pathways, we empower residents to get their lives back on track and pursue their goals.

The Department operates through three closely connected branches, each supporting a different part of the community:

Community Development

Focuses on social and financial issues. Programs include Affordable Housing, Employment Guidance and the Community Center Program.

Healthcare Research & Quality

Addresses healthcare system challenges. Programs include Rehabilitation for Substance Abusers and the Disabilities Support Program.

Children & Families

Supports vulnerable minors and families. Programs include Child Protection and the Foster Care / Adoption Program.
