About the Job Position

As an Executive Assistant to the Director of Personnel your primary responsibility will be to cater to the professional needs of the Director of Personnel. This could range from maintaining the director's calendar when it comes to scheduling meetings, keeping an oversight on existing scheduled meetings, interviews and other calendar items for the director.. To taking meetings on behalf of the director, gathering information and writing detailed summaries of the meeting. This may be expanded down the line to advising action based on observations made during the meeting.

 

You will also be responsible for writing summary reports on internal complaints, preparing a case file, create documentation on behalf of the Director of Personnel for review and publishing. You're therefore expected to maintain a strong grip on the English language, both written and spoken. You'll also be drafting emails in response to inquiries made by the vast workforce of the City Government. This means responding to directors of other departments, as well as key figures from other organizations and agencies that are looking to get in touch with the Director of Personnel.

 

You may also be taking phone calls on behalf of the Director of Personnel. Ranging from answering hotline calls directed at the director, to calls directly to the director on their work cellphone. You will be the new, primary contact point of the Director of Personnel. Acting as an insulation layer between the director and anyone reaching out, to ensure information and contacts reach the Director of Personnel in an organized and neat manner.

 

(( Given the extremely paperwork / forum heavy workload of the Department of Personnel, you MUST be willing to spend a vast portion of your time in passive RP. Sitting in an office RP'ing out writing emails, reports and various other documentation is a very standard occurence in the Department of Personnel. 

 

You must have a strong proficiency in the use of PHPBB-based forums. ))

About the Salary & Paygroup

  • The current Personnel Executive Assistant wage is set at: $70,000 + bonuses.
  • A supportive, consolidated and dynamic team environment.
  • The Personnel Executive Assistant is assigned to Paygrade VII.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • The applicant must have attained the age of 24
  • The applicant must have a legal address in the State of San Andreas
  • The applicant may not have been convicted of any felonies and/or misdemeanors.
  • The applicant must possess a current driving license and a reasonable driving record
  • Must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
    • Additional languages are also welcome, but you must be proficient in English at minimum.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with coursework relevant to executive administration, personnel management, or employee relations.
  • Prior experience working in executive assistant, administrative or coordination role, preferably supporting a senior leadership figure or similar positions is desired, but not mandatory.
  • Experience working within government, public sector organizations, or large complex institutions is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, confidential information and time-sensitive matters
  • Experience preparing briefing materials, managing correspondence, and coordinating executive schedules

  • You're intelligent, knowledge hungry and eager to learn. You won't always have close, hand-holding support. It's important you are willing to put yourself in situations where you need to learn on the fly.
