A personal medical license is required by all people wishing to practice medicine in your established field whilst adhering to the high standards set forth in the Medical Licensing and Regulation Act. Your dedication to providing quality healthcare services is commendable.
How to apply for a Personal Medical License (PML)
As an individual, you are unable to apply directly for a personal medical license. Only a business owner (with a valid medical license) or an approved medical facility leader can apply on your behalf.
If you are a business owner, you should head to your business page to request a new PML to be issued. You'll need to pay the required fee for each employee.
If you are a facility leader, please head to your facility page to request a new PML. You'll need ot pay the required fee for each employee.
How much does it cost for a PML?
Currently, each Personal Medical License is $25,000.
How does it work?
The Los Santos County Medical Board is the regulatory agency on ALL agencies/businesses/practices that practice facility based medical care. We may revoke/investigate/temporarily suspend any and all PML (Personal Medical License) / MBL (Medical Business License) / MFP (Medical Facility Permit).
Licensing Options:
- MBL (Medical Business License) is for all businesses / private practices regardless if they are non profit.
- MFP (Medical Facility Permit) is for all facilities ((factions))
- PML (Personal Medical License) is for individuals registered to an active MBL or MFP
Licensing Steps:
- ALL medical based agencies/businesses/practices must be registered to the Los Santos County Medical Board.
- Employees of a registered agency/business/practice must be registered by the registered OWNER or LEADER of an MBL or MFP
- Employees must keep employment at a registered agency/business/practice to maintain the validity of their license
