About the Job Position
We are seeking a Junior Personnel Analyst to assist with the delivery of Human Resources services across various charter departments within the Los Santos City Government. The ideal candidate will provide support in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.
This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources within a dynamic government environment. The position is probationary and guarantees career growth after the probation period is passed if performance is deemed satisfactory.
Applicants are expected to:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide administrative support in various Human Resources functions, including training and development.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment by treating everyone equally.
- Maintain personnel files up to date, according to every Charter Department's necessity.
- Be able to meet departmental quotas set by the Department of Personnel Leadership:
- Handle at least 3 applications bi-weekly,
- (( Maintain an ABAS of at least 0.35. ))

About the Salary & Paygroup
- The current Junior Personnel Analyst wage is set at: $45,000 + bonuses.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- The applicant must have attained the age of 21
- The applicant must have a legal address in the State of San Andreas
- The applicant may not have been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor
- The applicant must possess a current driving license and a reasonable driving record
- Must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Additional languages are also welcome, but you must be proficient in English at minimum.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Public Administration, or a related field with coursework in recruitment, staffing, personnel management, employee relations, and employment law.
- Prior experience working in Payroll Management, Human Resources Specialist, Internal Affairs Officials or similar positions is desired, but not mandatory.
