About the Job Position

The Personal Assistant to the Mayor provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Mayor’s daily agenda. This role serves as the Mayor’s primary point of contact for scheduling, communications, document management, and coordination with municipal departments. The Mayoral Assistant is entrusted with maintaining strict confidentiality, managing sensitive information, and ensuring the Mayor is fully prepared for meetings, public appearances, and community events. The position requires exceptional organization, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced political environment.

About the Department

The Office of the Mayor is responsible for executive oversight of municipal operations within the City of Los Santos. Working alongside department directors, specialists, and advisors, the Mayor’s Office sets strategic priorities that address community needs. The Personal Assistant serves as an integral part of this team, supporting executive functions and ensuring that the Mayor’s schedule, appointments and work related documents are kept in order.

About the Salary & Paygroup

  • The current Mayoral Assistant wage is set at: $70,000 + bonuses.
  • A supportive, consolidated and dynamic team environment.
  • The Mayoral Assistant is assigned to Paygrade VII.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • The applicant must have attained the age of 21
  • The applicant must have a legal address in the State of San Andreas
  • The applicant must not have been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor
  • The applicant must possess a current driving license and a reasonable driving record

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Equivalent to a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience working under stress and on short deadlines
  • The applicant must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • The applicant should be in good physical and mental condition, capable of handling long workdays, public events, and occasional field assignments
