The Office of the City Operations Officer (Commonly known as The Office of City Operations), works diligently to further enhance the overall wellbeing and operation of the City Government, putting to use all of the legislation and initiatives that are put forth by the Office of the Mayor. The office serves as a central hub for the majority of non-legislative operations to tie in together, which allows for clear and concise liaising with the Mayor of Los Santos on current and future directives.
The office is currently held by City Operations Officer Corinna Hamilton.

The City Operations Officer primarily operates as the chairman of the Board of Directors, which is comprised of the Office of the Mayor, and the leadership of all of the departments named in the City Charter, with the exception of the Police Department and Fire Department. This office is directly responsible for the coordination and overseeing of the charter departments - devoted to the continuous improvement of interdepartmental relations, focusing on the development of new policies, strengthening processes, and more; is typically what you will find from a strong and driven City Operations Officer.

This office serves as the typical first point of contact for any, and all, government-related questions, complaints, or queries that an individual may have, and is uniquely suited to speak on behalf of the charter departments, aligned with their missions and objectives. Receptive to ideas presented to the office, it shall always remain transparent with the public, as the trust of the residents of Los Santos is of paramount importance.
Also running through this office is the management of several other teams and functions, the Offices of Public Relations and Communication both report to the City Operations Officer as the first point of call. These teams play a vital role in ensuring the secure, efficient and proper daily press and community engagement with the City of Los Santos. They maintain clear and open communication with the public, issuing updates and announcements that uphold the values of transparency and direct engagement with residents.
Public Relations
The Office of Public Relations serves as the central point of engagement between the City Government and the agencies, businesses, and residents of Los Santos. It offers an accessible and efficient channel for communication, helping to share and promote the City's initiatives, values, and priorities. Additionally, the office plays a key role in shaping the City's visual identity, overseeing photography, graphic design, and media production for official events and public campaigns.
Photographers and graphic designers report to the Director of Public Relations and, ultimately, to the Office of the City Operations Officer. Their work involves ongoing projects and the responsibility of providing visual and design services to all City agencies, including the Police and Fire Departments.

Communications
The Office of Communications is responsible for issuing all official press releases and strengthening the internal flow of information between City departments and offices. The Director of Communications ensures the accurate and timely preparation of public documents, including statements, notices, and announcements, as requested by the Board of Directors, the City Operations Officer, or the Mayor’s Office.
In addition to its public-facing responsibilities, the Office plays an extremely important role in internal coordination by maintaining clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the City Government. It also works closely with department heads to align communication strategies, manage crisis messaging, and uphold transparency.
