Medical Facility Registration

((Medical Facility Permit (MFP) is for LFM REGULATED FACTION ran medical facilities / operations. If you are not a faction, please register a business first and then apply for a Business Medical License.))

This registration should be completed by the facility leader, who must have an education backing the facility operation. ((This doesn't have to be the faction leadership, just the person who is leading the facility with the required education.))
